1. BEFORE AND AFTER

Total transformation! We rehab century-old houses into beautiful, comfortable and convenient homes to suit modern families' needs. Depending on the condition of the house, we'll replace plumbing, appliances, furnaces, and windows. We add central heating and cooling and insulation for energy and cost efficiency. All replaced systems are energy-star rated.

 

2. YOUR DISTINCTIVE DESIGN

When buyers execute a contract to purchase our houses before or during the construction process, they are able to have a hand in the final look of the house. Buyers are able to choose paint colors, siding colors and styles, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, flooring, cabinet, countertops, landscaping and sometimes more significant design options. All selections must either stay within the Price Hill Will budget for that house or the buyer has the optioin to go over budget and pay the difference.

 

 

3. TAX ABATEMENT
The City of Cincinnati has a tax abatement program for rehabbed houses, which PHW applies for upon the completion of every house. The City's program takes into account the cost of the renovation minus PHW's purchase price of the house and considers that to be the increase in value on the house. The City abates, for ten years, their portion of the increase amount from the taxable value of the house form the property tax bill. PHW is only able to apply for this abatement.
