WHO WE ARE

Price Hill Will is a comprehensive community development corporation serving Price Hill, in the city of Cincinnati . Working under an asset-based revitalization strategy, PHW engages the expertise and strength that already exists in the community. That is to say, instead of focusing on what is missing from the neighborhood, volunteers and staff are tapping into what does exist, what works well, and what the community would like to see more of (please see Brief History or What We’ve Done for how these assets were identified). Mindful of the interconnectedness of civic involvement, physical conditions, and safety—one component simply can not be sustained without the others—the organization has three main functions: community organizing, real estate development, and an emerging economic development component.
