An introduction to Greg!

Greg joins Price Hill Will with a track record of building inclusive strategies that unite community engagement, educational development, and neighborhood revitalization. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he inherited his father’s passion for advocacy and his mother’s unwavering perseverance – values that continue to guide his pursuit of equity-driven service.

After graduating from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Greg found his calling as a political organizer and strategist, bridging diverse communities across multiple states. His focus soon expanded beyond campaigns, leading him to join a nonprofit dedicated to improving educational outcomes. In that role, he designed grassroots programs to mobilize families around public safety, housing, and economic opportunity, ultimately securing significant funding for large-scale initiatives and launching civic engagement fellowships. Throughout these experiences, Greg collaborated with small businesses, policymakers, and community leaders to broaden workforce opportunities and create lasting impact.

Greg brings over a decade of experience working toward racial and economic equity in multilingual communities, shaping his non-profit management, organizing, and policy advocacy expertise. Rooted in love, his approach to community building emphasizes authentic collaboration and growth. He believes in investing in people to create the collective power needed for transformative change. Eager to deepen his understanding of urban development, he recently pursued a Master of Community Planning degree at the University of Cincinnati. Today, Greg and his wife reside in East Price Hill, where he looks forward to building on Price Hill Will’s proud legacy.

Greg shares,

“I’m honored to join Price Hill Will, an organization with a 20-year legacy of championing the strengths, values and creativity of our neighborhood residents. I love living here, and I look forward to serving alongside invested neighbors and partners to continue improving the quality of life of Price Hill residents.”

Thank you, Sam!

The Price Hill Will Board and staff would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our longtime staff member, Sam Conover, who stepped up as Interim Executive Director for the last several months. We are extremely grateful for her leadership, and we know she kept us in good hands. Upon Greg’s start date, Sam will resume her role as Operations Director. Thank you, Sam!

Great things to come!

As Executive Director, Greg will lead team efforts in affordable housing, commercial corridor development, community engagement, and arts and education. This role is not an easy one to fill, but the Board is confident in Greg’s abilities, saying:

“We are thrilled that [Greg] will be leading and working with our tremendous team. Great things will continue and emerge in Price Hill.”
