Sam Conover serves as the Community Engagement Director at Price Hill Will where she engages, empowers, and energizes Price Hill residents, business owners, organizations, and institutions to mobilize their collective talents and resources to build, celebrate, and lift up the community. Sam is committed to helping residents do everything in their power to make their neighborhood a place in which they can take pride. Sam joined the Price Hill Will team in March 2016. Prior to PHW, Sam worked at People’s Liberty and led a large-scale placemaking project in Covington called CURB’D. Sam has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning.

Sam is a resident of East Price Hill with her husband, Paul, and three young children. Inside their home - that always has some sort of project happening - they have two cats, Oscar and Nellie, and one dog, Toby; all of which are named after characters from The Office. The Conover family enjoys visiting Cincinnati Parks and playgrounds, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends. In her free time, Sam enjoys an active lifestyle through CrossFit, hiking, and neighborhood walks.
