Our Development Story

Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus — a vibrant hub in Price Hill — brings together artists, small businesses, and community programs to revitalize our historic neighborhood. Located in East Price Hill, the campus is one of the most frequented corridors of the three Price Hill neighborhoods, offering affordable studio space, commercial retail and food space, events, and arts space all within walking distance of the Incline District, Hamilton County Library, and City of Cincinnati CRC and Dempsey Pool.

This development was inspired by the renovation to the cornerstone unit, the MYCincinnati Firehouse. The result was PHW purchasing 10 units around the property, with the vision to provide a home for business and residents who were creatively minded and community-centric. The project is currently in phase two, with a focus on unity 3104-3106 Warsaw.

Monthly events connect residents and visitors, support local entrepreneurs, and showcase neighborhood talent.
